Tesla Station's Promotion Policy

ENSIGN (Only when the character starts at Cadet):

Nearly all officers will begin at Ensign unless they have proven more capable by the CO's estimation.

LIEUTENANT JUNIOR GRADE:

Requires having served actively* at Ensign for 12 weeks.

LIEUTENANT:

Requires having served actively* at Lieutenant junior grade for 16 weeks.

LIEUTENANT COMMANDER:

Requires having served actively* at Lieutenant for 18 weeks.

* Serving actively, in regards to promotions, is considered a minimum of one quality post per week not including Personal Log. Promotion at the minima is not to be expected as this is not about promotion but fun. You may request NOT to be promoted as you are in charge of your own character development.

Posting Requirements:

Here are the basics:
1) All Players must post at least once a week. This post may be in a JP or a solitary mission post but not a personal log. Contribution to a Joint Post must be singificant to be counted i.e. do not give one paragraph or one line and expect it to count for the week. Four weeks of unexcused inactivity will necessitate the removal of the SIMmer from the Galileo SIM.
2) You must not, under any circumstances, use another players character without their knowledge or consent.
3) Be courteous.
4) Keep topics such as extreme (graphic) violence, drugs references, profanities or sexual content to a minimum and in accordance with this fleet's regulations. See Database for 18+ rules for this SIM.
5) Adhere to the Ten Rules for Successful Simming
